Cinderella Story for kids

Once upon a time, there lived a poor servant girl named Cinderella. She was a patient, tender and kind girl. His days were long and tiring. Full of the most boring and worst housework.

Washing the floor, washing the clothes, dusting the shelves and cooking food were the tasks that she had to do during the day. Cinderella was forced to work from morning to evening without receiving a single Penny.

One day when Cinderella was working at home, someone knocked on the door. Cinderella hurriedly opened the door. Behind the door stood a short, fat man dressed in royal robes and holding an important scroll.

The old man opened the scroll and began to read:

It is my duty to announce that the king has sent an official invitation to all the young ladies of this land to attend the important royal celebration in the palace.

Hearing this, Cinderella’s stepsisters pushed her to a corner and stood in front of the fat man. The man continued to read:

His Highness the Crown Prince is looking for a suitable lady for marriage. He wants to meet all the girls of this land to find true love. Please come to the palace on Saturday at 8 pm.

But on that moment, the sun set and the third day finished! Little mermaid’s legs turned into a tail and the witch grab her and took her into the deep water of the ocean!

The brave prince, who now knew the true story, went and followed the witch and battled her and defeated her!

فردی که از ماکروشماری پیروی می‌کند حواسش فقط به پروتئین، چربی و کربوهیدرات است و از مسائل دیگر غافل می‌شود. تنها هدف او این است که طبق برنامه درشت مغذی‌های کافی را دریافت کند. چنین هدفی منجر به انتخاب غذاهای تکراری و فقط درشت مغذی می‌شود. این کار هم خسته کننده است و هم برای سلامتی مشکل دارد.

4.استرس و محدودیت در روابط

ماکرو‌شماری می‌تواند منجر به استرس اجتماعی شود و افراد را از دوستان و خانواده دور کند. شمردن ماکروها ممکن است که برای برخی چیز مهمی نباشد، اما برای برخی دیگر، اذیت کننده باشد و باعث استرس آن‌ها شود. برای مثال، ممکن است فردی کمتر با دوستانش به شام ??برود، زیرا در سفارش غذا وسواسی می‌شود یا باید ماکروهای غذا را بشمرد و این کارها برایش در جمع، دشوار و سخت است.

نحوه توزیع درشت مغذی‌ها در برنامه غذایی بر اساس هدف

در طول روز، بدن شما به سوخت کافی برای تامین انرژی ثابت نیاز دارد تا بهترین عملکرد را داشته باشد. تعیین مقدار ماکروهای موردنیاز با کمک یک متخصص تغذیه انجام می‌شود، اما چند مرحله وجود دارد که می‌توانید یاد بگیرید و خودتان بتوانید مقدار موردنیاز هر درشت مغذی را حساب کنید.

شما باید تعداد کل کالری مورد نیاز روزانه خود را بر اساس تایپ بدن، درصد چربی و عضله فعلی، سطح فعالیت و اهداف کلی خود تعیین کنید. پس از آن می‌توانید ماکروهای خود را بشمارید و درصدها را بر اساس آن تقسیم کنید.

• اگر فردی فعال هستید و می‌خواهید وزن فعلی را حفظ کنید: 10-35? پروتئین، 20-30? چربی و 45-65? کربوهیدرات.
• اگر هدف شما کاهش وزن است و نسبتا فعال هستید: (یعنی پنج روز در هفته بیش از 30 دقیقه در روز ورزش می‌کنید) 30 درصد پروتئین، 25 درصد چربی و 45 درصد کربوهیدرات.

شمارش ماکروها در بین افرادی که تمرینات مقاومتی (قدرتی) انجام می‌دهند، محبوبیت بیشتری دارد. چراکه دغدغه اصلی آن‌ها مقدار پروتئین است. اما برای کسانی که صرفا می‌خواهند لاغر شوند، معمولا کالری مهم‌تر است.

اما اینکه کدام بهتر است؟ باید بدانید که کالری و درشت مغذی‌ها هر دو مهم هستند؛ و هر دو باهم می‌توانند به کمک اهداف مختلف شما بیایند. تقریبا تمام نکات منفی ماکروشماری و کالری شماری یکسان هستند؛ اما نکات مثبت ماکروشماری بیشتر است.

بنابراین اگر قرار باشد فقط یکی از آن‌ها را انتخاب کنید، توصیه ما به شما ماکروشماری است. اما توصیه بهتر این است که به جای تمرکز صرف بر روی یکی از این دو روش، هردو را ترکیب کنید تا راحت‌تر و سلامت‌تر به هدف خود برسید.
